You may use these free tools for lawful purposes with files you own or have permission to process. You remain responsible for your files, their contents and how you use the results.

Check your results

Keep your original files. Review generated images and PDFs before relying on them. Compression can change dimensions or quality; merging and splitting can affect forms, bookmarks, links and signatures. Editing a digitally signed PDF can invalidate its signature.

No official affiliation

ToolMints is not affiliated with any examination board or government agency. Editable photo and signature examples are not verified official requirements. Consult the current official notice for your application.

Availability and responsibility

The tools are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service or suitability for a particular submission. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ToolMints is not responsible for losses caused by unavailable service or incorrect results. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
