Need help with a tool?

To help us understand the issue, include:

• The tool name or page URL.
• Your browser and device, such as Chrome on Android or Edge on Windows.
• The steps you took, what you expected and what happened instead.
• Any error message. For a file issue, describe the file type and approximate size.

Please leave out personal documents, signatures, identity details, passwords and other sensitive content. Files processed by the tools stay in your browser, so support cannot inspect them from your session.

Tell us what you are trying to do and which part could be simpler. A short example of the task is enough to help explain your suggestion.

Privacy questions

Use the same email address for questions about data handling or information you have shared with support. Our Privacy Policy explains how files, connection information and support emails are handled.
