Your files are processed on your device.

This policy explains how ToolMints handles information when you use our image, PDF and QR code tools or contact support at support@toolmints.in.

Files and content you use in the tools

Selected images, PDFs, fonts and document content are processed in your browser memory. ToolMints does not upload these files to a server for processing or save their contents to a server-side database. OCR recognition also runs on your device; the OCR engine and language files are downloaded from this site.

Your browser still requests the website’s pages, scripts, fonts and processing assets. These requests deliver the tools and do not contain the selected file bytes. The browser may cache those assets; the tools do not use that cache to store your document contents.

QR details, including website links, text, Wi-Fi passwords and email content, are generated in your browser. They are not sent to a QR generation service. A downloaded QR code contains the details you entered, so share it only with people who should have that information.

Refreshing or closing the page ends the active tool session. Files you download are stored on your device and remain there until you remove them.

Hosting and connection information

Hosting and network providers receive connection information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include your IP address, browser information, requested page and request time. When Cloudflare delivers the site, its processing is explained in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. Your selected files and QR details are not included in the tools’ website requests.

Cookies, storage and analytics

ToolMints does not require an account, set application cookies, save your documents in local storage or run analytics scripts. Your browser may cache website assets to help pages load. Hosting and security providers may use their own connection data or cookies under their policies.

Advertising

This version does not display advertisements or load advertising scripts. If advertising is introduced, this policy will be updated to explain the providers and data involved, and consent controls will be provided where required.

Messages you send to support

When you email support, your email address, message and any information you choose to include are handled through email services so we can respond and understand the issue. Please describe file problems without sending personal documents, identity information, passwords or other sensitive attachments.

Retention and your choices

ToolMints does not retain server-side copies of files processed by the tools. Support correspondence is stored in the email system; its retention also depends on the email provider and mailbox settings.

You choose which files to open, what QR details to enter and whether to download a result. For questions about support correspondence, or to request access, a correction or deletion of information you shared by email, contact support@toolmints.in. Include enough detail to identify the relevant message without sending additional sensitive information.
