Loading Split PDF…

Good to know

Enter page numbers or inclusive ranges, such as 1, 3-5. Pages appear in the entered order; duplicates are included only once.

The selected pages are downloaded as one PDF. Page links, document-level bookmarks and forms may need checking after extraction.

Files stay in your browser. Keep your originals and check your download.

How to use Split PDF

  1. Choose an unencrypted PDF and confirm its page count.
  2. Enter the page numbers and ranges you want, separated by commas. Use increasing ranges such as 3-5.
  3. Extract the selected pages and download the single result PDF. Check the page count and order in the download.

A practical example

For a six-page PDF, enter 1, 3-5 to create one PDF containing four pages. Enter 5, 1-2 if you want page 5 followed by pages 1 and 2. Duplicate page selections are included only once.

Common questions

Does splitting create a separate file for every page?

This tool extracts your selection into one PDF, rather than downloading individual page files or a ZIP. Run it again with a different selection for another document.

Why is my page range rejected?

Numbers must be within the source document’s page count, and the first number of a range must be no greater than the last. Use commas between selections, for example 1, 3-5.
